To get to Melbourne City, Crown Casino, Melbourne Exhibition Centre
and Melbourne Aquarium.
Tram stop 131 is located on the corner of Albert Road and Cecil Street.
From here, tram route 112 (West Preston/ St Kilda) travels along Clarendon
Street into the City via Spencer Street. Tram 112 also takes you through
the City via Collins Street to Swanston Street.
To get to St Kilda
Tram route 96 (East Brunswick/St Kilda Beach) takes you to St Kilda. The
tram stop is located on the corner of Ferrars street/Canterbury Road and
Albert Road. Travelling via Canterbury Road tram 96 takes you via Fitzroy
Street, The Esplanade, St Kilda Beach, stopping at Luna Park and Acland
Street shopping precinct. Tram 96 also takes you into the CBD via Spencer
Street to Bourke Street.
To get to the MCG, Vodafone Arena and Olympic Park
Public transport is the easiest and quickest way to get to and from events
at Melbourne Park as there is limited car parking.
Travel to the city on tram route 112 (West Preston/St Kilda). Change trams
on the corner of Flinders Street and Spencer Street.
Tram route 70 (Wattle Park/Bourke St-Docklands) will take you along
Flinders Street via the Melbourne Aquarium, Flinders Street Station and
Federation Square to the Melbourne Park tram stop.
Alternatively, Champions Walk past Federation Square along the Yarra River over William Barak Bridge is a pleasant, less than one kilometre walk from the city to Melbourne Park.
Payment Policy
One night deposit is required to guarantee all reservations.
Full payment required at check-in unless alternate arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made by cash, VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Diners (surcharge applies to Amex and Diners only). Cheques will not be accepted as payment unless they are received, banked and cleared at least 7 days prior to reservation arrival time.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and changes to reservations must be lodged by 2.00PM, 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival, with the exception of group bookings and reservations over special event periods (separate conditions apply, see below). Any reservation that is cancelled without compliance will be subject to a charge of one nights tariff. Any cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit or automatically charged to the credit card details supplied by the guest when making the reservation.
Group Bookings* and Special Event Periods** Cancellation policy All cancellations and changes to reservations must be lodged by 2.00PM, 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Any group booking or Special Event Period booking that is cancelled without compliance will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total room rate revenue of the booking. Any cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit or automatically charged to the credit card details supplied by the guest when making the reservation.
* Sandelane Hospitality considers a group booking to be any reservation made by any person on behalf of another person or any reservation made by any person on behalf of any organisation, club, association, educational facility, group, party or company and to be of more than one room.
** Sandelane Hospitality retains the right to declare a designated period of time to be a special event period at least 28 days prior to that period commencing.
